## What is Break It Down?

Some tasks are so big your brain just... stops. Break It Down turns them into something you can actually start.

Describe whatever you've been putting off — one sentence is enough. You get back a short, ordered plan of concrete steps, each with a rough time estimate. Then you work through it one step at a time.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Write down the thing you're avoiding.
2. Get a plan of 3–7 real steps, in the order they should happen.
3. See one step at a time. Finish it. Move on.

STILL TOO BIG?
Any step can be split again. Tap once and it becomes two to four smaller steps, right where it was. Keep going until the first move feels easy.

NOT SURE HOW TO START?
Ask, and you'll get a short, practical answer about the very first thing to do — no lecture, no list.

FOCUS WHEN YOU WANT IT
Time estimates are only estimates. Nothing counts down on its own and nothing turns red while you sleep. When you're ready to work, start a focus session on a single step and you'll get a notification when it's up.

MOMENTUM YOU CAN SEE
