It’s really bright compared to my system settings right now ### 3/5 — Good game (sort of) *2020-11-29, version 1.12* I saw this game being advertised by apple and liking these sort of games decided to spend the £1.99 thinking that it should be a finished game. However, when I look at the levels there are a limited amount but more coming in the future is acceptable as long as they fulfil this promise, and with most free games nowadays always having ads spam you I didn’t mind paying. The concept of the game is fun and is an interesting idea for the typical block break game and also seeing in the patch notes that they are adding new “power ups” is good to see they are changing the way the game plays. Except, that some of the power ups are either useless or you have no idea what they actually did. The Flaw. Right this game is good and all, with an increasing level count coming into the future. That would be alright except the fact you can’t get past level 33 with the game not finishing after stacking all blocks at the bottom. I even destroyed all the black blocks which don’t count and take many hits to break and that didn’t even work. So if this bug can be fixed then yes I would recommend this game for the £1.99 price but at the current state the game is in with only 33 playable levels it’s not worth the investment for many. The only thing I didn’t like was the vision blocker, but thankfully that’s gone now. It’s good to see the game is regularly maintained and updated with new levels on a fairly regular basis. Some improvement would make it even better. My suggestions: 1. It is unclear to me how some of the power ups work, the one that makes the bricks more colorful? 2. I think you need to add more jitter to the ball or tweak the physics a bit more. Sometimes the ball keeps bouncing between the left and the right side and never stops (or moves vertically very slowly). 3. Initially the ball always goes straight up. More control should be given to the gamer. Some power ups respawn the ball vertically, which doesn’t make much sense to me. ### 5/5 — Remake done right! *2023-01-02* This is a simple yet fun version of brick break. What I like is how quick you can finish a level so it’s a perfect pick-me-up game. The point system is cool and the shop makes it interesting for customization.
