## What is BreakBuddy?

Work the shift. We’ll mind the breaks.

BreakBuddy helps you plan your working day, remember every break and see exactly what comes next. Set your shift hours, add comfort or meal breaks, then follow your progress at a glance.

PLAN YOUR SHIFT • Set your start and finish times
• Add fixed-time breaks or position them by percentage of your shift
• Separate comfort and meal breaks
• Mark unpaid breaks so they are excluded from working time
• View your day as a timeline or compact list

STAY ON TRACK • Receive alerts when breaks start and finish
• Choose an optional warning before your break ends
• Follow live countdowns throughout your shift
• Choose built-in alert sounds or import your own
• See time remaining or percentage progress

READY WHEN YOU ARE • Save complete shifts with their hours, breaks and weekdays
• Quickly reuse your regular schedules
• Support for overnight shifts
• Automatically clear completed shifts when you choose

ACROSS YOUR DEVICES • Keep schedules in sync with iCloud
• Follow your shift using Home Screen widgets
• See Live Activities on the iPhone Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Keep BreakBuddy close by in the Mac menu bar
• Receive iPhone alerts when working from your Mac

BREAKBUDDY PRO One break is always free. BreakBuddy Pro unlocks multiple breaks and AI scheduling, which creates an evenly spaced plan around your chosen shift and break lengths.

Whether you work regular hours, changing rotas or overnight shifts, BreakBuddy makes it easier to protect your break time.

BreakBuddy Pro is an optional auto-renewing App Store subscription, charged to your Apple ID, and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings or your Apple ID subscription settings. Use of the app implies you agree to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ and our terms: https://aiwebltd.co.uk/apps/breakbuddy/
