It only happens when I try to deposit checks here. I never have a problem in doing so with other bank institutions. ### 1/5 — Beautiful app, depositing a check has never been more frustrating *2025-04-09, version 3.20.0* I really like my federal credit union but this new app has some major flaws with the deposit feature. I’m currently using an iPhone 16 with the latest version of the operating system. I have two issues with a deposit feature. For one, every other time I use it the camera switches horizontal to vertical, which makes it almost impossible to take a picture of my check, which requires me then to close the app and reopen it and try it again. The second and most frustrating issue is that it does not like my signature and notation on the back of the check. I’ve gotten to the point now, where I actually have a spare check that I know works, and I use it. I love the new look and many other features on the app are nice, but my main need is to deposit checks and bill pay. And half of what I need it to do is terrible. And for that I’d rather have the old app. ### 1/5 — New app *2025-02-04, version 3.18.0* The new app is a piece of work! Never lets me do a mobile deposit. ### 1/5 — Great except for deposit feature *2025-01-11* The new app is fantastic. However, I have the hardest time depositing any checks. I know my handwriting is terrible, but I never had issues with the old app with this. I have to spend extra time, slow slowly endorsing the check and even then. 70% of the time it doesn’t work. Having to make extra trips to the bank, to friendly people, is not always easy for me to do. ### 1/5 — Unable to open app *2024-10-19, version 3.17.0* I am currently overseas and the app won’t even open. Redownloaded the new app and it keeps giving me error messages. Miss the old one!! ### 1/5 — What was wrong with the old one? *2024-10-16, version 3.17.0* I wasn’t able to download the old app until after I got off work, when the bank is closed. Forgot my username, but the only option I have for recovering it is by calling the bank… which is closed! At least let it send me an email to recover it. ### 2/5 — New App *2024-10-20* I love the Credit Union team and their services, but l am not a fan of this new app. The user interface is much more crowded and less intuitive to navigate. Neither the light mode or dark mode display look as clean as the pervious app display. I wish I could continue using the old app!
