L’app all’interno è anche bella e funzionale, ma ogni volta che ordino qualcosa e poi la chiudo, la volta successiva non riesco più a fare il login perché va in schermata di errore perenne, l’unico metodo è disinstallarla, riscaricarla e ricevere nuovamente l’OTP via mail, per poi impostare un nuovo PIN. Capite bene che dopo una manciata di volte questo processo diventa orribile da dover ripetere. Spero sistemino

Lentissima ad aprirsi e ricercare le macchine distributrici nella stanza, spesso si disconnette prima della selezione del prodotto. Per ricaricare il credito con monete o contanti, spesso si disconnette tra l’inserimento di una moneta e la successiva e bisogna ricominciare la procedura. Quando si è selezionato il prodotto e questo è stato addebitato ed è in preparazione, non permette di collegarsi ad altre macchinette vicine fino al termine della preparazione della bevanda. Pessima, consiglio agli sviluppatori di modificarla e migliorarla

Forse la peggior applicazione per prelevare una bevanda da una macchinetta automatica. Dopo cinque minuti di procedura di registrazione, in cui bisogna concedere autorizzazioni varie, scegliere password complicate e Pin, alcuni via email, la cessione di dati personali, interminabili e illeggibili clausole per la privacy, la fornitura del numero di carta di credito… ci ho rinunciato. Volevo solo una bottiglietta d’acqua. 
Sarei disposto a pagarla direttamente con carta di credito o Apple Pay. In maniera anonima. Ma così mi è sembrato di dover vendere l’anima manco fosse l’apertura di un nuovo conto bancario in svizzera. Una brutta esperienza.

Au secours. J’ai beau réinstaller et redémarrer encore et encore, j’ai un « oups, un problème est survenu » à chaque démarrage. Déjà que c’est pénible d’avoir à télécharger une appli pour prendre UN CAFÉ, maintenant, ça met aussi de mauvaise humeur.

Mi dispiace scrivere questo perché sono un programmatore anch'io, ma l'app è piena di problemi, o ci lavorate sopra o così crea solo nervoso a chi deve prendere qualcosa dalle macchinette.
Apple Pay non funziona, senza alcuna motivazione apparente, nessun messaggio di errore.
Provo a reinstallare l'app e non posso più accedere perché il codice OTP via mail arriva dopo 30 minuti.
Non ci siamo.

Continui aggiornamenti ma zero miglioramenti, connessione alle macchinette sempre pessima, rete che prende in 5g stabile ed esce sempre connessione instabile o debole, mezz’ora per prendere un caffè perché non va il pagamento anche se sei connesso, la macchinetta continua a dire pagamento in corso e il saldo visibile non scende e dopo 10 secondi ti stacca dalla connessione, caricamento chiavetta da app non funziona, installate il modulo come le argenta dove paghi con carta direttamente senza dover scaricare applicazioni obsolete e inutili.

Wie umständlich ist denn dieses System bitte?! Eine App laden zu müssen, registrieren u nochmal verifizieren zu müssen u am Ende funktioniert die angebotene Bezahlvariante ApplePay nicht. Alternativ kann man Kreditkartenzahlung nutzen. Warum der ganze Aufwand nur um an einem Automaten zu zahlen? Andere Anbieter haben einfache Kartenzahnungsmöglichkeit an den Automaten ohne umständliche Apps.

Voto di incoraggiamento dopo il mio precedente voto negativo: con l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app é molto più fluida e veloce, anche gli errori e le disconnessioni si sono ridotte moltissimo.
