## What is Breath Coach?

Most breathing apps just play an animation and hope you follow along. Breath Coach actually watches.

Prop your phone up, and the front camera reads the small rise and fall of your shoulders and chest. When the session ends you see how closely your breathing matched the guided rhythm, your breaths per minute, and whether you slowed down.

• Four patterns: Slow (6-6), Relax (4-6), Box (4-4-4-4), 4-7-8
• A calm circle to follow, with haptic cues so you can close your eyes
• Optional spoken cues
• Your sync score, breathing rate, and calm change after every session
• Calendar and grades built from your daily meditation minutes

Privacy: the camera feed is processed on your device only. No video or image is ever recorded, saved, or uploaded.

Breath Coach is a wellness app, not a medical device.
