I was excited to see the quests and recipes and stuff, but literally EVERYTHING (no exaggeration) was under a “locked” tab. When I clicked on it, it said that I had to get the subscription in order to access it, like what? Don’t make the app free if you’re just gonna lock everything behind a subscription. Developer and app should be banned from continuing to scam people. Disgusting. Putting aside the constant crashes whenever I use anything but the base map. Having paid for all the content previously they decided to slap on a monthly subscription fee to remove the most obnoxious ads. You want a guide to be silent ? No you get a car advert or an Ali express one talking at you every 5 ish interactions. Why does a guide need a monthly fee? Your not updating it,not even with the Zelda notes stuff , and the game is long since done. It’s just absolutely scummy behaviour for what is mostly borrowed content anyway. But honestly it’s easier to just look for the shrines on the app than go looking in the game myself.
