Breath Hacking is breathing exercises for your mind and body. We use scientifically proven breathing exercises to hack your nervous system creating positive effects in body and mind. 
Join us in experiencing better health and wellbeing, focus and creativity, energy and power, sports performance, sleep, and weight loss. Health professionals recommend breathing practices as part of a healthy lifestyle. 

This is a great app for beginners but we also provide more advanced practices for more advanced breathwork practitioners. We provide practices ranging from 2 minutes to 30 minutes so you can fit it in with your daily routine. We updated the content regularly giving you more choice.

Subscription pricing and terms:
We offer an auto-renewing weekly subscription at $4.99/week and an auto-renewing weekly to provide you with unlimited access to the breathing exercises while you maintain an active subscription. 

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

The unsubscribe links have not worked for me either through the app or the email from apple. 
It should be easier to unsubscribe before the free trial. I am afraid they will charge me $100 for something I don’t want now :(

Non of the programs started in the app even when trying the Premium for a week. Not sure what was wrong with it. Great idea and was willing to pay for a good breathing program.

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that you’re having a bad experience with our app. We have found that for some users the audio files take longer to load. We have resolved this for the next app release. In the meantime, if you are patient and ideally connected to a fast internet connection/wifi they will all load.
