I’ve been practicing breathwork since 2020. I’ve instructed hundreds of people through deep somatic sessions as well as gentle nervous system reset sessions. And I can say that this app is top quality. I’m a practitioner and now I use this with all of my clients for their daily breath work needs. Love it!
