I suffer from anxiety. I have loads of stress and my heart gets to racing at work. I discovered this app- downloaded it and subscribed. I began the course and immediately saw a huge improvement in my stress level- all through these breathing exercises really work and you find yourself calm and in control…! I love it!!!!

Простое, понятное и удобное приложение! Просьба добавить в обновлении настройку звука дыхания, чтобы можно было убавить музыку, а звук дыхания был громче

Пользуюсь приложением несколько недель. Очень нравится, есть эффект. Удобный интерфейс, приятная музыка. 
Купила подписку на год за 229р. Цена супер, не то что в др приложениях цены ломят. Рекомендую и всем здоровья!
