Diese gefällt mir v.A. gut, weil sie bzgl der Dauer der Atemphase n frei konfigurierbar ist. Was ich mir wünschen würde: Während des Einatmens spielt ein energetisierender Sound. Beim „Hold“ ist Stille. Während des Ausatmens ein „loslassender“ Sound. Beim „Hold“ wieder Stille. (Andere Apps haben das ähnlich umgesetzt) Geht das nicht, wären unterschiedliche Sounds, an denen ich den Übergang zu einer anderen Phase erkennen kann, schon mal ein erster Schritt. Sonst muss ich die ganze Zeit auf einen Bildschirm starren, während ich mich eigentlich mit geschlossenen Augen ganz auf die Atmung fokussieren will. Außerdem wäre es gut, optisch sehen zu können, wie lange die Hold-Phase noch andauert. My only issue is that I can’t change anything about the creepy idol image that slowly zooms in during the meditation timer session. I should be able to change it to a flower or a moon or something else, just like with the breathing exercises. Please implement this kind of change! The sounds are good, though.
