도와줍니다. 그래서 브리드-온의 사용만으로도 폐활량을 늘리고 올바른 호흡을 할 수 있게됩니다.
바르고 건강한 호흡운동(훈련)은 면연력 강화, 주의력 향상, 신체활동의 향상 등에 도움이 됩니다.
브리드-온과 다양한 게임을 연동하여 숨을 들이마시고, 내시는 과정을 통해 건강한 호흡을
할 수 있도록 도와줄수있습니다.
