## What is Breathe with Me?

Breathe with Me is a calm, private breathing companion designed to make a mindful pause feel effortless.

Choose a breathing pattern, select a quick 5 or 10 minute session, or use your own minute or cycle-based default. Then follow the animated breathing line as it guides each inhale, hold, and exhale. The breathing circle expands and settles with your rhythm, while clear turning points help you know exactly when the next phase begins.
