Sandy combines gentle breathing cues with music that makes the experience even more transformative.  I love the variety of breathing styles and different lengths. I join in the monthly community breathing zooms and look forward to them every month.  After six months of breathing with Sandy, I am more resilient and present.  Thank you Sandy.  My heart thanks you Sandy, peace.

I've been "breathing with Sandy" for about three years now and this app makes the experience even better! The app is easy to navigate and beautifully made! You can filter, save, schedule, comment on, and even download the videos. In my opinion, this is one of the best self-care tools available! Much love for Sandy, the app, and the community of the "beautiful breathing people"!

There is definitely a way to tell which videos are playing and you choose when they play by clicking. The cinematic quality, the music, the organization of the different activations are superb. Highly recommend, especially knowing the contribution is going straight to the human creators of this work.
