I wake up feeling anxious most days, so having a journal in an app to stay on top of how I’m doing day to day is helping me a lot.

I love this app it’s cool that there’s a new app on the market that helps with my anxiety so much. I really like the Apple watch feature and it’s always predicted correctly when my heart rate was going up. Great app!!
