I’ve really been enjoying this app! I’ve been doing yoga on and off for like 25 years but still have a hard time doing it at home without a video to watch lol. The videos are calming, easy to follow, and I love being able to search by length, it’s perfect for days when I only have time for a quick session.

I absolutely love this app. I was worried about starting yoga as someone who’s never done it before but Breathëasy really supported me in every way and gave me the tools to prioritize my health and wellness!
