i love this app! it’s so simple with nothing except the breathing animation when you first open it, which is really nice when you need to calm down with no distractions. i also love how there’s different options for breathing. only thing is that i wish when you set it to a certain breathing mode it stayed like that instead of going back to standard every time you open the app. other than that it’s great!

Just like all the other apps, it’s just fantastic to use. The UI is clean and gets out of your way, no bloat, and it does the job perfectly. Highly recommend checking out his other apps as well.

A simple and extremely helpful app that helps me regulate my breathing when experiencing anxiety. Exactly what it says on the tin, with a few really nice features like options for length of breaths, and choices of audio. Also love that I can change the colour! Thank you, app creator.
