## What is Breathest?

A bell rings at the time you choose. Tap it, and a five-minute guided breath begins.

- Up to 3 signals a day, at times you set
- Five-minute guided breathing (choose 30 seconds to 15 minutes); the voice keeps going even with the screen off
- A library of breathing patterns, plus build your own
- A calendar of past sessions
- Background sounds are all free

Every day, one "Today's Scene" opens for free. The breathing guidance and the five minutes
are the same on every scene — buying one just lets you keep it instead of letting it rotate.

This app is a wellness tool, not medical care. If you're under medical supervision or
symptoms continue, speak with a health professional. If you have a history of anxiety or
panic disorder, consult a professional before use. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop
and breathe normally. Do not use while driving, swimming, or operating machinery.

No account. We don't collect your breathing history. The only network activity is payment
processing.
