You open the app and after 4-5 breaths an add pops up tried another breathing technique and the same thing.

Removing this app because I cannot be bothered with adds so frequent and im not paying monthly $13-14 for no adds on an app that doesn’t give the user a calming flow to tō experience what it has to offer on the free version. This app causes annoyance than anything.
