Спасибо за лучшее приложение. Пожалуйста, добавьте больше базовых программ, например при тревожности, при панических атаках. Я понимаю что есть свой режим, но базовых всего 2

Simple. Tailored to what you want. Relaxing sounds to follow. No nonsense. No adverts. Just what I wanted. I have used for a month before reviewing it to make sure I could make it a habit, which I have done. I have noticed an overall improvement in my sleep and levels of anxiety in general.
