## What is Breathing Orb?

Breathing Orb turns a single, unhurried shape on your screen into a guide for slower breathing. No lotus icons, no chimes — just a calm visual and a real voice walking you through it.

Choose from five guided techniques, each backed by simple, well-established breathing methods. Pick a session length from 5 to 20 minutes, or set your own.

FIVE GUIDED TECHNIQUES
- Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) — steady, even, good for focus
- 4-7-8 — a longer exhale to wind down before sleep
- Physiological Sigh — a quick reset for a stressful moment
- 4-4-6 Breathing — a hold, then a longer, calming exhale
- Extended Exhale (4-8) — just inhale and exhale, nothing else, simple enough for every day

HOW IT WORKS
A gentle voice talks you through each phase — breathe in, hold, breathe out — while the orb on screen expands and contracts in time with your breath. No account, no setup, no distractions: open the app and start in one tap.
