## What is BreathingExercise by YCS?

Breathing Exercise is a personal wellness app for guided breath practice. Build your own patterns, follow an animated visual guide, pause and resume sessions, and see your history on a calendar and in simple statistics.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Create custom exercises with inhale, hold, exhale, and hold timings
- Set a planned session length and practice with an on-screen ring animation
- Pause and continue an open session
- Browse starter templates, then customize them as you like
- Review practice on the calendar and in overview / weekly stats
- Use the app as a guest on one device, or sign in optionally for multi-device sync
