So far my experience with Breatho has been amazing! I struggle with anxiety and the breathing techniques on this app have been helping me every time I start feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or even stressed. The guided breathing exercises are simple, yet incredibly effective! I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a quick way to reduce stress and stay relaxed!
