### 3/5 — Poor timer

*2025-11-14, version 2.0.7*

This is a good app with the exception of the timer. If you want to set a timer you get options for 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 30 minutes. I need to set it for 20 minutes and there’s no way to do that.

### 3/5 — Keeps stopping

*2024-01-26, version 2.0.7*

I’ve used this app for years, recommended by a Mayo Clinic doctor, and it worked fine. Lately it goes for a minute or so, then stops, and I can’t figure out why.

### 5/5 — Simple perfection

*2023-05-22, version 2.0.7*

I love this app, it’s clean, clear, with no extra stuff to bog down my brain. It just does the job. My go to before meetings and bed. Added perk, kids love it, a win win for emotional regulation and transitioning!

### 1/5 — Devs gave up?

*2023-04-26, version 2.0.6*

This WAS great. Somewhere in February-ish of this year the app stopped having the ability structure breathing patterns (in,hold, out, hold) - the comments on the reviews seem to have been saying the same thing over and over again for months and no updates have fixed the problem. Would not recommend in its present form.

### 1/5 — Schrecklich

*2023-03-22, version 2.0.6*

Ist das Geld nicht wert.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as described

*2022-04-27, version 2.04*

No way to program to fraction of seconds. Basic and better apps available for free.

### 3/5 — Almost what I needed….

*2021-12-14, version 2.04*

I’m learning some breathwork, increasing the daily amount of time I practice incrementally. But somebody seems to have forgotten there are numbers between 15 and 30, and that appears to be the only amount of increase in minutes I can do, nothing between.

Otherwise, easy to set up exactly like I wanted! I would not have paid for it had I known there weren’t unlimited increases in time.

A swing and a miss for me.

### 1/5 — Wish I hadn’t bought

*2021-08-09, version 2.04*

App does not have capability to alter breath time throughout session as promised. I feel lied to !

### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish :-(

*2020-11-24, version 2.04*

Absolute rubbish- does not give the functionality it promises- I’m getting a refund - I so wanted it to be useful - sorry lava :-(

### 1/5 — This does nothing.

*2020-07-28, version 2.04*

I purchased it and it literally doesn’t do anything that the description explains. No rain sounds, no variations to control, etc. and I can’t find a way to contact anyone for a refund. Total joke.
