Breath detection did not work at all with my AirPods. It actually worked better without my AirPods in, but was still very unresponsive overall. The feedback loop didn’t feel consistent enough to use for guided breathing or biofeedback practice. I was expecting a smoother, more reliable experience based on the concept, but unfortunately it didn’t function well in practice.

THANK YOU! For the research, I’ve been stuck in a rut recently 😮‍💨 so this has helped motivate me mentally, and it’s super fun it actually WATCHES your breathing, 🩷I have a friend on the spectrum, and I watched her use an app similar to this, with a Mandela design, it’s apps like these that helped her when she got overwhelmed, the interactive and colourful game design, and it’s easy to use too! Which makes it all the more accessible for someone if their having a panic attack, or if their struggling to stop crying! I always love the gamify aspect of things

Love the calm design which makes me feel relaxed when I open the app. I also enjoy the breathing game!

As someone who needs to take bigger breaths it’s challenging playing the game for over 50 seconds. Would be cool if the game calibrated to my inhale/exhales before starting.

Hope to continue seeing updates and love what’s happening so far!
