## What is Breathtaking?

Breathtaking is a daily reset for your nervous system: a personalized weekly plan of short practices for the days you're wired, the evenings you're flat, and the nights your thoughts won't stop.

Open the app and today's practices are already picked for you. No scrolling, no deciding. Plans start at 5 minutes a day.

HOW YOUR PLAN WORKS

• A short personality assessment maps how you're wired and which practices fit you

• You choose your plan length: 5 to 60 minutes a day

• You get your 7-day plan, 1 to 3 practices a day, each with a purpose

• Once a week, rate how you're doing. Next week's plan is rebuilt around your answers.

FOUR KINDS OF PRACTICE, ONE PLAN

• Breathwork to shift your state in minutes.

• Meditation to settle attention.

• Movement to release what the day left in your body.

• Guided Journaling to make sense of what's going on inside.

Your plan blends all four, drawing on 60+ techniques, so the work stays balanced.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Each week you rate five things: Stress, Emotional Imbalance, Energy, Motivation, Focus. They land on one simple graph, with a plain-language summary of what your plan is working on and why. Progress you can see, not a score to perform.

START FREE WITH A 28-DAY JOURNEY

Choose what matters most right now: Lower Stress, Stabilize Emotions, Increase Energy, Increase Focus, or Increase Motivation. Every journey is free: two short guided practices a day for four weeks, starting easy on purpose.

This is practice. Most days it will feel small. That's the design: practices small enough to keep are the ones that end up changing how you carry everything else.
Breathtaking is free to download. The five 28-day journeys are free, no card needed. Premium adds your personalized plan and the full guided journaling library, with a 7-day free trial.

### 5/5 — Super Helpful in Stressful Times

*2026-04-29*

I have been using it for a while due to work stress. It doesn’t take that long because I set the timer to the lowest. Just looking for something easy to try out. I did notice the difference. Some sessions can be intense, but that’s the point. Hope to see more progress.

### 5/5 — Surprised me honestly

*2026-04-16*

My friend told me to try this and I was skeptical not gonna lie. The personality testing at the beginning was actually pretty cool though felt like it was paying attention. My only thing is I kept getting the same exercise for a few days and I wanted to see something new the breath work itself it’s legit calming tho . hoping they add more variety soon.

### 5/5 — Helpful and easy to use

*2026-04-03*

I love that this app gets to know me and chooses exercises specifically for me and my personality. I manage depression, anxiety and adhd and it can be overwhelming to figure out what I need on my own, it’s nice to have it chosen for me. Being able to track my progress is a nice touch, i can see where I’m struggling and improving each week and the app will suggest new exercises when needed. Overall helpful and easy to use.
