BreathTide guides you through proven breathing exercises with gentle visual and haptic cues — no experience needed.

BREATHING PATTERNS
• 4-7-8 (Relaxing Breath) — inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s
• Box Breathing — 4-4-4-4, used by Navy SEALs and athletes
• Calm Breathing — steady 4-6 rhythm for everyday relaxation
• Relax Breathing — slow 5-6 pattern to ease tension

Feel each phase of your breath through subtle taps on your wrist (Apple Watch) or hand. No need to stare at the screen — just breathe with your body.

SESSION HISTORY
