I would have paid €10 for the whole package, but only if it had been made clear from the beginning what I was purchasing. It all seems very dubious. ### 2/5 — Idee gut, Umsetzung hängt! *2026-02-13* Ich habe zwei hochwertige Brustgurte, Polar und Garmin, beide nicht unterstützt! Mit der Handykamera hält man dann gute 20 min Test nach Anweisung durch, dann kommt die Meldung, dass die Messung vorzeitig abgebrochen wurde. Natürlich dann auch keine Auswertung. Habe die App mehrfach getestet. Es ist ein Glücksfall, eine Messung durchzuhalten. Im dritten Durchlauf nach 60 min. Das ist leider Zeitverschwendung. Wenn die App technisch ausgereifter wäre, wäre es schön. Das Problem taucht ja in den Rezensionen seit über 2 Jahren auf, wird aber nicht verbessert. Also, definitiv keine Empfehlung! ### 3/5 — very good idea, but not working with Polar H9 sensor *2026-01-23* The app ist very well thought and done. Recently I have bought Polar H9 and found out, that I an getting the error message „unsupported device“. I am finding this pity, since the app itself is very good , and I have expected to integrate without any problems with such a popular device as Polar H9 ( the same as Polar H10, but without internal memory). Using camera is fine, but my fingers get pretty hot during the measurement process and I believe Polar H9 should deliver much higher data quality compared to the camera. ### 1/5 — Unseriös *2025-06-25* Diese App kostet 2,99. allerdings nach vier Messungen kann ich die nicht mehr nutzen. Muss pro Version kaufen. Wo steht das? Irgendwo kleingeschrieben? Versteckt? Ich dachte die pro Version hat einfach mehr Funktionen zu der gekauften Basis. Jetzt funktioniert es aber nicht mehr. Using the phone camera and flashlight is very inconsistent. ### 3/5 — super idee 💡 *2024-02-22* aber umsetzung wie von 1995. design und stimme wirken super unprofessionell. hoffentlich lässt sich trotzdem ein gutes ergebnis erzielen. spaß macht mir die app aber leider nicht so richtig. 🫤 ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-01-13* Despite paying for this the resonance breathing feature that I bought it for doesn’t work and it has lots of pop ups to other apps and to pay 8.99 to go pro. There are much better apps out there. Total waste of money. ### 3/5 — Extremely finicky *2024-01-05* I’ve yet to get this to work, either with the camera or a Polar H10. My finger keeps slipping and causing it to restart (difficult for a 15-minute test!). The Bluetooth monitor required me to email the dev for technical support (they were responsive and helpful!) but then still caused the app to say “whoops, the data was bad, try again”. If you have a Polar H10 or similar chest strap, I recommend using the Elite HRV app or similar to manually test your average HRV for 2-minute sessions at different respiratory rates ranging from 4-7 breaths per minute. The extra automation this app promises isn’t worth the fuss. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We agree that it takes some practice to get it right. But please keep in mind that this app's recommendations are based on HRV values AND breathing data recorded from your belly movement. To our knowledge, no other app currently offers this feature. ### 5/5 — Data not available anymore and wants to charge again *2023-12-30* I paid for this app and was able to see my data to compare brpm. After a phone reset I suddenly can’t access the measurements I take and I am prompted to pay again (and that after investing in their other app as well). Disappointed! **Developer response:** Every backup of your phone contains the app data. All your App Store purchases are linked to your Apple ID. So you always have the option of restoring purchases without having to pay again. ### 4/5 — Nice! But hope for a couple of things in an update *2023-10-21* I bought the pro version and found my resonance frequency to be 5.75 br/min. I really like that you can do the narrow tests to pinpoint resonance frequency. What I would like for in an update are: 1. In the “Breathe” practice part, it would be nice if I could set the rate to 5.75. Currently, you can only set it to 5.7 or 5.8. What is the point of pinning down the breathing rate in detail if the app can’t help you practice at that rate. 2. Also in the “Breathe” part, it would be nice to have a timer so I don’t have to use an external timer to time a session. Other than that, the app is great! **Developer response:** Thanks for your positive review and for your very helpful suggestions.
