I think it might be a useful app to work on breathing techniques but the volume is almost nonexistent…making it difficult to follow

This is the only app that acts as a ‘hub’ for breathing exercises. I use it to wake up in the morning and to relax before bed. Love it!

Doing breathwork changed my life. And this app helps you a lot to get into breathwork, especially if you are a beginner. But there are also very advanced levels, so it's also for seasoned veterans.
