I used to be able to put my phone on airplane mode and use this app, now it doesn’t work on airplane mode which isn’t great as I did like to fall asleep doing the breathing. The sleep timer has also changed so 10 minutes is no longer available which is what I always picked. **Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your review. Nice animations for visualising breathing and a variety of exercises for different needs. I recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a handle on anxiety, adrenaline or stressful situations in general. I work doing hazardous and physically demanding jobs and these breathing techniques are good quick tricks to clear my mind to work safer. There is no chance use the app without pressing this button (not knowing what comes next). The sounds/noises/music are incredibly stressful, not conducive to doing breath holds. And the app broke on the first use, it’s very buggy. Good options for music and sounds make this more appealing to use than some others out there. I love options that don’t make the app unnecessarily complicated and busy. Simple design and easy to use. Good value. I’d love a nose-breathing sound and a breath of fire exercise to be added. ### 5/5 — Good could be great *2021-05-15* This is a great app. Please include the option to give us retention for both inhalation and exhalation breathing. Not sure what the other person was experiencing. I like all the options for breathwork as well as the simplicity of use. Not affiliated at all with the Hof people. I simply enjoy their not being an ad pop up everytime I load the app or want to change something. I personally enjoy the create your own option, just would like to see longer times to be chosen. At least 30seconds inhale and 30 seconds exhale. Other than that I’m loving this app so far. Haven’t fully dug into all the practices but tried them all once.
