## What is Breathwork?

Breathwork: Regulate & Reset helps you slow down, focus or unwind in a few minutes. Pick a pattern, press play, and follow the light, sound and gentle vibrations. No account, no sign-up.

BREATHE YOUR WAY
• Classic patterns: Box Breathing (4-4-4-4), 4-7-8 Relax, Coherence (5-5) and Awake & Energize
• Build a custom pattern: set every inhale, hold and exhale, then link sequences with rest breaks into one seamless session
• Guidance you can hear and feel: soft chimes or a calm voice, with adjustable haptics
• Ambient soundscapes: rain, ocean waves or forest
• Quick controls on the Breathe screen: pick a favorite pattern, theme, sound or number of cycles
• Calming visual themes, plus a warm Night Mode for the evening
• Eyes closed, screen off: lock your phone or switch apps and the voice or chimes keep guiding every breath, even in Silent mode

BREATHWORK PREMIUM
• Apple Watch app: breathe right from your wrist with your live heart rate on screen. Set a heart-rate target or a BPM shift goal, and open Breathwork from your watch face.
• Unlimited custom patterns: save as many as you like
• Premium visual themes: Zen Bloom and Particle Cloud

SEE YOUR PRACTICE GROW
• History with streaks, a calendar and trends
• Saves your sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, with your permission
• Optional mood check-in after a session, saved to Apple Health as State of Mind
• Export your history as CSV for use in a spreadsheet
