Ich beschäftige mich seit ca. zwei Jahren mit Breathwork und habe einen vernünftigen Timer gesucht um etwas komplexere Übungen machen zu können, da ein präzises Timing das A und O sind und über Erfolg und Mißerfolg entscheiden. Für etwas ich nenne es mal „exotischere“ Routinen gibt es nirgendwo Videos zum Nachmachen und Versuche mit dem Iphonetimer endeten bisher in Frustration.
Diese App ernöglicht endlich genau das. Ich habe direkt eine eigene Routine einprogrammiert und damit gestartet.
