This app is perfect for Breathwork, meditation and breathing techniques. Franks voice is the perfect guide for all of it. Can’t recommend it enough for everyone. The call to slowdown for a few minutes to just breath with intention is in all of us and is one of the most powerful tools we already posses. LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!!
