## What is Breathyy?

Leave behind your stress and anxiety. Using the 4-7-8 breathing technique it is much simpler. Find a place where you can feel comfortable and relaxed. 

Use your breath to lose stress, increase focus, stay relaxed, and get energized. You will also sleep better.

4-7-8 breathing technique is based on 4 seconds for inhaling, 7 seconds for holding your breath, and exhaling for 8 seconds. We're using Apple Health for the best experience.
