I have placed over 100 order since then but the points have frozen since then. Fake customer service, there is none. Just a robot that will tell you that you’ll get a response in a day but nothing. I have tried to reach the team via the support chat (which states reply time of 1 day), I have tried emailing Elior (their parent company) and calling their offices.
