Breda Strength and Conditioning is een van de toonaangevende gyms van Nederland. Je kunt hier rekenen op professionele en gedreven coaches die jou helpen fysiek en mentaal sterker te worden, een geweldige community met gemotiveerde leden en een locatie van wereldniveau.
Bij BredaSC trainen mensen van allerlei verschillende niveaus en met allerlei verschillende doelen. Van defensiemedewerkers tot IT-specialist, van scholier/student tot meer dan 65, van topsporter tot huismoeder, maar ze hebben allemaal twee dingen gemeen: ze zijn gedreven om het uiterste uit hun training te halen en zijn net zo enthousiast over resultaten van de ander als die van henzelf.
