Hi, after the latest app update I’m no longer able to stay logged in. The app keeps asking for a verification code sent to my email every time, which makes it very inconvenient to use. This isn’t functional and it’s disrupting my experience. Could you please check what’s happening or provide a fix?

I love this app but as of this morning it won’t let me log in. It logged me out again and now every time I try to log back in it says something is wrong. I need to get in but it won’t even give me the option to log in!

**Developer response:** Thank you for flagging this, and we’re really sorry for the disruption it caused. On 15 December, we experienced a temporary login issue that affected access for a short period of time. This was resolved within a few hours, and everything is now working as expected.

Have had this app for a few years, and it has been great for tracking and predicting heat cycles. I upgraded to the paid version when we had a litter for more features. Had some issues with litter records and reached out to customer support both through web form and later through email. Been over a week with no response aside from the immediate automated one. It has a lot of features. Would rate it higher with support.

I only have the free version, I have an oops litter and only wanted this to track their weight. It is frustrating I can’t edit the weight once I submit it. I realized I messed up on a number and ended up having to delete that puppy’s info and start over. I wish I could edit it, if I can I can’t find how to. Other than that, it does what I downloaded it for.

We want to reassure you that everything you enter in Breedera can be edited. To update a weight or record, simply find the saved entry and tap on it to make changes. Nothing is locked in, and you never need to delete a puppy profile just to correct a number.

I really love the app but I have tonuse 2 applications to completely have what I want for the weights. It will be nice if we can have a table with all the weights of the puppy in one page instead of going to every dogs to see the difference between them. It is also important to know the percentage of weight that they gain everyday, if this can be add, the app will be perfectly complete for a breeder!

This app is brilliant a must have for breeders, even small details like adding a dogs colour to their profiles just makes it more personal, also adding everything from photos heat cycles temps during pregnancy contact details for people who have bought puppies and thats just the free version. Customer service is probably the best I've ever encountered. Immediate replies !! Fanatics app

Did an update, signed back in, everything and I mean EVERYTHING is gone ! 😭😭😭

You’ve just accidentally created a new account, rather than logging into your existing account. There’s a super easy way to get back into your account. This app is nothing short of STELLAR! It allows me to enter each of my dogs, track their seasons, the breeding patterns and all of their documents! I can also enter dogs that belong to colleagues that I have/plan to breed to my dogs so that their information is also available! This app doesn’t fall short on detail! I can also enter microchip, AKC and vet records, photos, notes… so much more! I have no doubt this app will continue to be valuable to me in my program! Well worth the $99/annual fee to support the development of the app!

I am a 5* Licensed breeder and I find it extremely helpful to log my birth records on this app and when all the pups are re-homed I can print off the complete litters details ready for licensing inspection.
Highly recommend .

This app has everything I need and more.  I rarely write a review, but I have now had this app through 4 litters and I am regularly pleased with its ease & performance.  I can easily print out copies for the vet as well as clients when pups go home. It’s quick, efficient, and in my pocket.  I don’t have to keep moving my paper planner around everywhere to keep track.  It is SO nice!  Highly recommend.

This is an excellent app with every feature I could hope for there already. It’s very easy to use and well designed. I love the feature where we can see the puppies weights on a graph and we can share that graph with other people.

I don’t know how I’ve never found this app before now! I am a 5* council licensed show breeder and been licensed for 8 years. There is so much paper work for the license and with working full time I often get snowed under. This app seems so good and I know more things are going to be added to it so hoping it’s going to be the answer I need. Michael is so helpful. I highly recommend this app and Breedera.

I’ve been using this app since our dachshund tied and all during her pregnancy and it truly has helped me greatly. Super easy to follow along. Only 6 more days until possible delivery day.

I signed up opted for the free account since I just wanted to keep track of my puppy’s cycles till she was old enough to breed. Entered every thing in and it let me update things in the app and now that she has started her cycle again it tells me I don’t have an account and have lost ALL my information from her first cycle.

Really great app for breeders though my only wish is that for the ‘Contacts’ section you could select and/or sync to those already in your phone so do not have to re-log ones you already have. Also would be nice to also add tracking specifically for registries (AKC, UKC, etc),  Titles gained from shows & sports, as well as Healy testing other than just in the notes or documents under the dogs.

Requires signing up with an email address to even look at the app and then they spam you daily with a pointless newsletter. App is clunky and underwhelming too. Avoid.

Like many apps of any value, we need an email address to create an account which ensures that your data is fully backed up and accessible on any device, syncing instantly. We never send any spam. When you sign up we do send you 5-6 emails over a few days to help you get the most out of the app, introducing features, etc. But you have the option to unsubscribe anytime. All breeder should have this on their phone and use the plus version while having a litter, (puppy family will love and appreciate it) making the breeding program professional in many levels. As a nanny i ask that all my clients sign up for it and i can log in all their puppies info during their time with me .

This may be weird to some but I use this app to plan and track all of my Nigerian dwarf goat herd and it has made like so much simpler. I can set their breeding dates and due dates and it keeps track of everything for me. I don’t have to set multiple different apps of write notes. It has been a game changer.

This is a great app to keep track of all those details that get normally get jotted down, but never filed or scribbled on a calendar somewhere. It’s helping me track my adult dogs, their seasons, pregnancy, litters, weights, and detailed health records. I can add contacts and upload all my paper documents so they’re all in one place!

The developers are very interested in helping support dog breeders of all levels- from a completely free version for beginners, a flexible monthly option that you can easily pause when you need to, and the paid version for those of us doing this full time! 

I suggested a small change, they got back to me within the day, and now a couple of days later- it will be included in the next update! I’m very pleased and looking forward to a great future together.

I’ve been using this app since it’s beginning.  Being able to access records from YEARS ago instantly from my phone saves me so much time!  My vet is impressed with my ability to pull info on any of my 9 dogs immediately.  Mike & his team were back to me with immediate support when my phone glitched & my data wouldn’t pull.  In less than 3 minutes they had me up & running!  I’m so glad that I was introduced to this app 5 years ago.

I lost all my records I had input into Breedera. I was so bummed & posted about it in a breeding group on Facebook. Michael White, app developer, immediately reached out to me and gave me step by step instructions on how to get it all back. It was user error lol. Not app error. Thank you Michael!
