The app keeps crashing and I am in able to fly my drone anymore. I believe the app is no longer supported by Yuneec. Many customers jumped at the opportunity to buy this drone as it was in many big box stores (best buy, Walmart). Now Yuneec has decided that this drone is no longer worth it and has stopped updating the app. It doesn’t matter that there are a ton of these drones out there that are still functional. They just decided it wasn’t worth it. Thanks Yuneec. I thought I would try it out again after my drone sitting in my closet for a couple of years not being able to be used because for some reason the app would not work. But I thought about just trying it out today again and today it seems to work. Apple and Yuneec please continue to work together to keep this app working, it’s no fun having a drone that requires this app in order to work when the app won’t work. ————————————————- I cannot fly my drone anymore because this Breeze Cam app keeps crashing. I contacted Yuneec Customer Support about this and this was their response. “Unfortunately that drone is discontinued. We no longer support the app. A third party company is working on updating the app to be compatible with the newest version of IOS. I was surprised to find this app because I can’t find it for the android phone. I wanted to use so I stopped on my iPhone. The app works fine, but since I put it on my phone, I’ve been inundated with nothing but scam texts. I decided to take it off my new phone and I also have a old 5C that I’ve kept for years with an old number just in case somebody from the past wants to contact me and doesn’t have a new number. As soon as I put that on that phone the next day all the scam text started on that. The drone was working great when it was last used and should of worked with battery replacement but when I got it powered up my phone did an update on the app and now when I open app then hit the Next button to get it up and running it just disappears. The last update from 4 years ago makes the drone useless. Why has the app not been fixed? Heaps more reliable than the ar drone I took back to shop for being a run away ### 4/5 — Decent app *2018-05-02* Camera on the breeze is great. My biggest problem is the WiFi loses connections a lot. Sometimes at 40-50 feet. It also doesn’t warn you when signal is going. I fear the drone coming down on a car. That being said I am just very careful with it and didn’t expect great range for a WiFi drone. The controller is helpful but like many others I wish it controlled camera pitch as it’s supposed to.
