I was given an emergency voucher by the council so I could get to my hospital appointments. This app has been nothing but a nightmare. It’s left me stranded several times without any way of getting home. I’ve now had to start court proceedings against them. They use AI to respond to emails so you never get a response from any human. It’s made my life hell and has even made me suicidal. ### 1/5 — It’s more expensive - avoid *2025-03-12, version 1.75.0* I only use this because I’m on the mobility credits trial so don’t pay myself, but the train tickets are more expensive on here than any other app like Trainline or Splitmyfare. If you don’t have mobility credits this app is complete waste of time (and money). ### 5/5 — An excellent example of a transport app *2024-04-29, version 1.56.0* I use this to buy train tickets and keep an eye on my bus. I’ve also used it a few times to hire e-scooters. Then when you look up buses or trains the information is pretty rubbish. Couldn’t find my bus stop at all. Train info is incomplete. Both train and bus info can be found much quicker and much more clearly on other apps. Really shouldn’t have been made available without a great deal more functionality. Account deleted ### 1/5 — Immediately suspended my account *2023-10-31, version 1.44.0* After submitting all my personal details, bank details and licence/Face ID details it’s suspended my account without any details. Will delete account and hope that this data is not retained.
