You can’t use your ticket purchases, can’t add value and it’s a huge inconvenience. Take my advice and use the card! However, when I tried to enter my email address, the system indicated that I already have an existing account. Was difficult to get the gate reader to recognize the QR code at the rail station. It only allows QR code scanning and those things barely work half the time. You need to make it so i can either add it to apple wallet, or add NFC (tap to pay) capability directly into the app. ### 1/5 — The machines don’t pick up on your phone. *2026-01-30, version 2.4.34* I know it’s fairly new but the app does not connect to the machines. You can’t scan your way in or out MOST of the time. The QR code looks like it keeps changing. It’s just too much to not work. The process takes even longer. You’ll miss the bus or train after multiple tries to get in or out of the fare gate. To top it off, the balance will show -$2.50 after your weekly pass expires. This requires that you spend at least $3 to get a positive balance before you can load the app with at least 1 trip. This has happened to me twice as if this morning. A deal-breaker. The ONLY positive of this app is that you don’t have to be at the train station to load it. Buy a Breeze card if you can. Considering this is the primary use of the app, it should be much faster. It would be easier if all of the functionality was under one. Next, I downloaded the app because I was trying to purchase a ticket and the ticket kiosks don’t accept Apple Pay. I tried to sign up for an account on the app and then when the four digit confirmation code came to me there’s no way to enter it and confirm it on the app screen. The keyboard blocks the OK button. Finally, I had to fight with the app for 20 minutes or so in the Marta station before I could get a code to board the train.
