They need to fix their garbage connection because this awful app has made me miss my train MULTIPLE TIMES ### 1/5 — Terrible just as Marta bus service *2023-01-18, version 4.009* Would be a great app, a perfect app even, if it worked. Every now and then I have issues with the scanner but the problem is the “connection”. Claims there’s no network connection so purchase couldn’t be completed after already taking your money. Has errors everyday all day. God forbid you have to reinstall the app, they’ll say your tickets aren’t available on this device, even though it is the same device. Basically money laundering, app is just one big scam that works once in a blue moon. Also I made this review on the same “network connection” this app claimed wasn’t working. ### 2/5 — Needs bug fixes *2023-01-18, version 4.009* I used to use the app all the time but now its not even letting my purchase a ticket anymore to. Being able to purchase bus passes on line was really quick and helpful im not sure what happened and why i cant it keeps saying i need a network connection but my phone is on so im confused. Fix the problems with the app asap pls!! ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2023-01-14, version 4.009* I tried the app and I will admit it was very easy to buy tickets although why could’ve I just used my Apple Pay whatever first world problems but anyway so when I try to use my ticket the scanners wouldn’t work this is very bad this is money being thrown out the window if I can’t use my ticket but when I try to 2 things happen one my Apple Pay window came up which didn’t have my tickets on there and secondly it would show a green light but the gate would never open it took so long that a Marta employee let me in and at my arriving station somehow it got the gate open but on my way back I ended up buying a physical breeze card and that worked flawlessly this app has a lot of potentials and a lot that needs to be fixed before I will use it again or recommend it to others although my brother used it and it was slow but it worked fine ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-01-13, version 4.009* Doesn’t work and the bus drivers ain’t tryna hear about it. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2023-01-11, version 4.009* The whole purpose of this app is for convenience. The Oakland station’s terminals are almost always broken. I’m trying to use public transportation and cut down on driving but it takes a village…a competent village. ### 2/5 — App issues *2023-01-09, version 4.009* App keeps crashing and loading. Needs better engineer monitor. ### 1/5 — Well, it’s MARTA *2023-01-08, version 4.009* This app doesn’t work. It won’t recognize your card information and per everything with MARTA, you will be late. I wanted to be fair and give it a chance, but that was a mistake. This app is a sham, and really only exists to just exist. The app is slow (even with 5G). It takes an incredible amount of time to switch from one screen to the next. The app does not have a digital pay option. It also does not recognize your purchases once made and you will have to refresh and wait another 10 minutes for the next screen. All in all, if you can do it at home or with a secured wifi connection, AND you do it 45 minutes (to be safe) before you leave, then it’s the perfect app. But for those of us who wish to remain in the future and truly transport freely, it’s best if you just drive or pay at the station. And we all know what a nightmare the stations are. Atlanta’s public transport is a joke. ### 2/5 — Payment *2022-12-22, version 4.009* Every time I try to purchase a ticket on this app now, it goes to payment failure!
