The app is mostly OK, but does cause us problems randomly. We use it on iPhone. Some screens go blank, and creating a new appointment means you have to start over. It's very inconsistent. It seems the pictures never render in the correct orientation, not really a huge deal. Some fields require input, even though they are completely unnecessary. Hopefully some UX improvements happen in the near future. Other than that it does what it's supposed to.
