I downloaded the app thru the website and authorized the $1.00 7-day trial.  Before I even opened the app, I was charged another $19.99 that I did not authorize. My phone requires Face ID to authorize Apple Pay transactions and I did not authorize the second charge.  When I contacted support I was told I bought ebook that were not refundable.  I did not buy them, I do not want them.  But I’m being refused a refund.  This is shady business practice, I do not recommend, this app will steal from you.

This app is supposedly for helping you get through mental issues but the only thing they do is make them worse. All they are after is your money. Bunch of SCAMMERS!

Has 7 day trial but they don’t tell you that deleting your account and app stops that!  They still sneak and scam and take their money and refuse to refund!! Says they will notify you before trial ends so you can cancel if you want but they don’t send anything because they want you to forget so they can charge you. Absolutely avoid this garbage!!!!
ALSO- they are numerous complaints saying the exact same thing!  Yet somehow it says they have 4.1 rating!! Obviously they have bots and fake accounts lying to say it’s great. You can NOT do anything in the app for free!! That is a bold face lie that they keep commenting on here!! Do not fall for their scam. I have reported them to my bank for fraud and hope numerous others do as well so they end up shut down for scamming people who are already struggling!!!

I signed up for a subscription free trial through a link to the app. I didn’t use it much so I requested cancellation. When I went through this process, it makes you sign into their website separate from the app and process the cancellation that way. I received confirmation of cancellation and then was still charged both $30 initially and $10 per week to renew what I thought I had cancelled 7/4/2026 all the way through 8/31/2026. Upon reaching out to their support, I was told first I couldn’t be refunded because I didn’t open a ticket until 7/14/2026 when I saw another charge after confirming cancellation. Once that was cleared up by just repeating words that I sent a screenshot of them saying to me in the cancellation confirmation I was then told the original $30 could be refunded but all charges after are for a separate app subscription and the subscription I requested to cancel was the website. I never logged into nor new there was a website until I requested to cancel the app subscription and now I’m being forced to jump through hoops to get these charges refunded through Apple. There should be no separate subscription of the same thing. It’s extremely misleading and very scam like. Do not use this app.
