Was charged $19.99 that same day for a full month subscription so I cancelled the subscription. Asked support about it they said your account is cancelled and no refunds. I said my account was a trial and only for a week, yet you still charged me for a month and I can only use until the 9th when my trial subscription ends. They again said no refunds enjoy your subscription until it ends. The trial subscription I was charged a whole subscription fee on. Terrible company and people! There is no clear way to cancel now, of course, so beware. They claim mental health help, but cause more problems! The app completely hid the fact that it was signing me up for a recurring $20 subscription. Results here were also VERY different than any other test I’ve taken alike this one that have all given me consistent results. Even if you don’t choose any subscription, they automatically enroll you in one and make it virtually impossible to cancel it. All their emails say “Beijing” too. ### 1/5 — “Thanks” to breeze *2026-09-03, version 3.6.5* Unsolicited unauthorized $29 charge and refused to provide a refund upon request due to inactivity and NOT using their services. For this and their total inability to respond. They claim to be helpful, and honestly I have found more useful help from social media. They advertise themselves in a way that feels dishonest. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone close to me, not even my worst enemy. Then they charge you $29.99 a month. They will also not offer any refunds ### 1/5 — Falsely charging my card *2026-09-03, version 3.6.5* I canceled this app two months ago and since then they’ve charged me two times for over $60 do not trust this company do not download this app this is pure fraud. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2026-09-03, version 3.6.5* This app Is nothing but a scam. It charged me $20 without my approval. And when I emailed them, they said that I added on extra things while checking out, they won’t refund me and told me that I authenticated it with my Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — Unauthorized charges no refund *2026-09-03, version 3.6.5* I downloaded the app thru the website and authorized the $1.00 7-day trial. Before I even opened the app, I was charged another $19.99 that I did not authorize. My phone requires Face ID to authorize Apple Pay transactions and I did not authorize the second charge. When I contacted support I was told I bought ebook that were not refundable. I did not buy them, I do not want them. But I’m being refused a refund. Anyone thinking of getting the app and taking the test BEWARE. They offer “voluntary” charge for the test results. Then take you to a screen right away that has in small print “if you click button you will be charged $15”. I didn’t see it in time and was immediately charged $15. Extremely dishonest. I have no idea how their app works but what a terrible misleading sign up process right after you are emotionally involved in their tests. Update-The reply mentions that it’s CLEARLY SHOWN but that is false. It’s in small black print. It’s shown right after you pay already and leads to another screen that says to get results. It’s very deceptive. BEWARE of this company for any mental health work. ### 1/5 — Don’t get your payment info near them! *2026-09-06, version 3.6.5* Breeze is a company located in Cyprus with one goal - to use marketing strategies aimed at those seeking wellness and mental health and then extracting their credit card information. They will charge you, make it impossible to cancel, and keep on charging you monthly. Extra caution that they own multiple other apps on this platform with different branding. ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Charge *2026-09-05, version 3.6.5* I took their test online and paid for the results. As soon as I did that they immediately charged my account $14.99 without my authorization. No where in the pay for the test result page was there an indication that would immediately charge my account for something else. I reported the charge as fraud and am waiting for a reply from the company as to why my account was charged without authorization. Always use a credit card online.
