## What is Breeze Study?

Die Breeze App ist ein neuartiges Atemtraining, welches dir helfen kann, mit Stress besser umzugehen. Das Besondere an der Breeze App ist, dass du mit deiner Ausatmung Wind erzeugst und damit ein Segelboot beschleunigst. Machst du das besonders gut, d.h. atmest du schön langsam ein und aus, reist du besonders weit. Die App wird aktuell noch entwickelt und zwar von einem Team der ETH Zürich, einer Universität in der Schweiz. Mit deinem Feedback kannst du die weitere Entwicklung der App aktiv mitgestalten.
