More garbage from a garbage company. The pure harassment of passwords, pins, texts, AI bots instead of real people, and then no passwords for the app work. I can’t leave this company fast enough. I hope your entire service department, board of directors, and anyone else in charge get fired immediately. Absolutely ridiculous clown show of a a company and app!

I’m looking straight at my Breezeline account on my computer, it’s showing my sign-in info, yet when I put that same exact info into the app it says wrong sign in! How is this possible? How in the year 2025 can an app be that bad?

Doesn't seem like Breezeline can get anything right. From not being able to sign in to not being able to stream to not being able to even watch the cable TV that you are paying for every month, to not being able to use the TiVo app that's supposed to work with these multiple apps… Just pure frustrating and unadulterated junk. And now the rates are going up again!!! Time to switch.

App won’t let you log in and will just an error. I have now missed 3 local NFL games and the NCAA playoffs. Which is literally the only reason I have cable. Being a cause for missing football is a sin that cannot be forgiven.

This app is terrible! It wouldn’t even allow me to sign in. It kept saying there was a sign in error and after the fourth attempt I gave up and deleted the app! You can do better than this breezeline!
