It’s not very intuitive in sorting by efficiency and/or address and I want to manually sort it to work for me and I cannot! ### 2/5 — App Performance *2026-05-11, version 2.8.0* Use this app a lot and is very good in theory. However, the app is extremely slow when it comes to checking tasks or uploading pictures. Seems like poor optimization. Feels like the upload happens every single time you take a picture which is bad practice, should be saved in app’s memory first and then uploaded in background. Huge battery drain as well. ### 2/5 — Updated *2026-01-06, version 2.7.56* App it’s slow need more upgrade I love to used the app but it’s slow processing information specially when you received a task to do it’s always take time to upload photos or any document in the task I hope this app can be upgraded to be more fast and also helpful. It’s feel really old software and process. I would love to do 5 stars but I can’t because I used the app for my Airbnb and coordination of cleaning crew and to slow for a high demands market in Old Town Scottsdale. ### 3/5 — Not service provider friendly *2025-03-11, version 2.7.48* You have to do all the company tasks on the desktop. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall just so you can use it ### 3/5 — Great app with poor optimization *2022-06-26, version 2.7.1* The User interface and ease of use is top tier but the optimization….. it completely kills the app. Our whole company functions using this app and amongst the approximately 100 people and wide range of devices, there is not a single employee that doesn’t have issues with how slow it is. The constant input lag and delays costs us about 30 minutes to an hour a day just staring at a screen trying to click on our checklists or take photos. Due to our strict schedule that’s an extremely large portion of our time to be fighting with an application. Also if you’re mid report and a sync issue happens it wipes your report clean and you have to type and add attachments all over again **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you experienced this. We investigated and found a bug that we were able to fix. We just released a fix for the issue. All you need to do is have the app open and you will automatically receive the update that will resolve the issues you described. ### 1/5 — Frozen screen *2023-02-20, version 2.7.16* App does not work. Great for desktop. App needs to improve a lot. The whole system itself is smooth and the Breezeway team are always open for improvements.
