I used BW for about 8 years. Nothing ever changed and no improvements. The have one person handling customer service and she never answers the call so you just have to leave a voicemail and she will eventually call you back sometime. Finally ripped the band aid off and switched to Jobber which costs the same but is a thousand times better.

Too many to name and at this point I’ve gotten too used to the various, tedious workarounds I’ve figured out on my own. But what drives me especially crazy is when I navigate away from the app on my phone for more than *one* minute, it resets at the home screen and I am taken away from the estimate, customer info, scheduling etc I was in the middle of working on. In theory it is set up well and intuitively. But had I known about all the kinks when I was first starting my business I’d have considered other options. If I had the time and energy to report every issue I would but I don’t and as a paying subscriber that shouldn’t be my job.

Contacts with multiple emails in QuickBooks don’t get transferred over
Invoices only sync from breeze to QuickBooks not the other way around
Notes are limited to basic text
Limited integration options
No map view of customers
Can’t change invoice numbers (time to start from 1 again)

Summary for the price point it’s good enough but if they raise the price it’s not worth it. I appreciate that it’s not a bloated mess of useless features but it’s so bare bones it’s limiting. That could be workable with a open api to use but I doubt that’s on the roadmap. This app is very clear on its description page and will do exactly what’s advertised but nothing extra. Keep that in mind. But it’s fast easy to use and looks good.  Please keep up the good work and knock out the negatives.

I have used Breezeworks since 2016 and have never had issues with it until last year. Very poor customer service. We report issues we are having and never receive a call or email back as promised. We will be swapping to a different software soon.

This app does what is advertised. I really like it. 

The only thing I don’t like is when you create a customer in the app, the contact does not import to your phone. 

But that is minor compared to all the great things it does do.
