Need to check app functionality. App also crashes when you swipe down from the scan screen **Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. On May 17, there was a temporary infrastructure issue affecting the Structure SDK licensing service, which caused scanning failures such as the “Structure SDK blocked” message. The issue was identified and handled swiftly shortly after it occurred, and all scanning functions are now operating normally as intended. The issue originated from the SDK provider’s cloud infrastructure and did not affect your device, personal data, or app configuration. The scan feature is now functioning normally. If you have already placed an order, please go to Menu > My Orders > Find Your Order > Submit Scan to continue the process. You cannot order in the app and the collection is very limited compared to their store. I m also not sure whether the face scan in the app is comparable to their in-store service regarding accuracy. Sent an inquiry email and never got responses. **Developer response:** Thanks for giving our earlier version a try — and for the honest feedback. You’re right: that release was still a limited beta for our Kickstarter campaign. The new version now includes: • Full in-app ordering • An expanded collection with 70+ styles • A faster, more accurate face-scan engine We apologize for the delayed response, and appreciate your support. If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to try the updated version and see the improvements firsthand. ### 5/5 — Convenient *2026-03-11* Decided to try the app as I wasn’t able to visit the store after seeing an ad. The virtual try on was pretty fun. I decided to purchase and I would say the scan is pretty accurate. My frames fit well and light weight. I will most likely try another pair in a different color ### 5/5 — Great product gets a great app *2026-02-04* I have multiple pairs of Breezm glasses and excited that there now is an app. I really like the ability to virtual try on multiple pairs easily. The “record” function is great, where it replays the video taken for the scan, since my prescription is high enough I have a hard time seeing the screen without glasses. Also the comparison videos is a useful feature, and can really help narrow down the selection. I’d feel comfortable ordering straight from the app, but even if not I think it’s a good supplement to an in person appointment. ### 5/5 — Impressed with this app *2026-01-23* The app was good and easy to use. It scans your face, tells you which frame is the best fit and then you add your prescription. The glasses took about 3 weeks and it looked and felt great. It is soo light weight and it fits me perfectly. I don’t have any of the issues that I had with my old glasses like sliding down. But the technology and results are nowhere near what the this app delivers. You can really tell their analysis is based on a deep understanding of the human face, not just simple measurements or filters. And the glasses themselves is a real game changer for someone who wears glasses every day, not only for better fit and comfort, but also for how you look and feel in them! Mine fits me perfectly and is incredibly stylish. Love them. ### 5/5 — Super Cool App *2026-01-14* This app is so cool - I love using the face scan feature (so interesting and futuristic) to virtually try on style recommendations from the brand. It feels like I have my own personal stylist helping me out the entire time! Was actually shocked at how easy it was to order fully customized glasses. ### 5/5 — Finally, glasses that fit and feel good *2026-01-14* I got my first pair of Breezm glasses last year from the NYC store, and it was honestly such a relief to finally have frames made to fit my exact face. They’re lightweight and don’t slide down while I’m working, unlike so many other glasses I’ve tried. I recently used the app to order another pair - the process is fun and actually easy. You scan your face through the app and can try on different styles, customize colors and finishes, and upload your prescription. Glasses are 3D-printed and shipped to home.
