I keep wasting time trying to read articles, only to find out I have to be a paying member to do so. Worse than clickbait. Also many articles are only a couple sentences long-again stop wasting readers' time. ### 3/5 — Dark mode?? I used the app all the time but over last six months performance is atrocius. Articles take ages to load, and app freezes up all the time. The staff there kept the high standards that Andrew set after he died. Sadly, the app needs some work. When I read an article and go back to the main page the app scrolls back to the top of the page. Can’t stop the auto scroll either. I sent a message through the app to let them know of the glitch and never heard back. This is about the app function not the content! The app is terrible which is why I use the web instead. 1. Alerts take you to articles for 3 seconds and then back to home page! Just go to the website. 2. Why does this app delete all the alert notifications when you click on one? I haven’t found any other app that does this because it’s blindingly obviously stupid! 3. Alert notifications don’t highlight any new news items. 4. Scrolling without hitting an invisible ad is near impossible. 5. I enjoy breitbart news on Sirius XM and for the life of me can’t understand why a news organization that lives on clicks refuses to clean up their functionality. At this point I could care less. It’s like the app is trying to load new articles but it’s not and if you pull down another spinning wheel shows up but it goes away. That is the only spinning wheel we need! The orange one above the main story has been there since the last couple updates. I was hoping this most recent update would finally remove it. I get it though, y’all are working on what’s most important and that’s getting the news delivered! Keeping us informed and hammering down on those who betray the citizens and our constitution! I can’t thank you all enough for that so here is a constructive 5 star review!
